We are an aerial fitness studio, and our mission is to provide a safe therapeutic space for exercise, community, and creative expression for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Jasmine Williams, Founder

Jasmine started her aerial journey in October 2014 and was immediately obsessed because pole fitness married her love of dance and exercise. While working full time as an attorney, she’s been teaching pole since 2015. Jasmine is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a certified aerial yoga instructor. Pole dance gave her the courage to pursue the things that truly make her happy instead of being a slave to societal and personal expectations. Not only does pole dancing bring her personal joy, but it has allowed her to exercise her gifts to uplift and pour into other people.

Through Peace in Movement, she encourages individuals to prioritize their physical and mental health and share in the joy of aerial art and community.

Yatty Matty, Pole Instructor​

Yatosha started her pole journey in 2014 at the age of 34. She had just suffered the traumatic experience of losing her daughter and finally felt a desire to repair the broken relationship with her body. Pole allowed Yatosha to tap into her strength and find the best version of herself. Pole taught her how to push herself and when to give herself grace. Her teaching philosophy is “pole is a theory.” It is a highly unique endeavor that varies person to person as well as day to day. She believes in welcoming variation and encouraging exploration. Through teaching, she encourages students to explore themselves and their movement with love and forgiveness.

Curvydva, Pole Instructor

Curvy has performed in countless shows and won several awards. She has over 12 years of experience as a pole dance instructor. While practicing and studying many styles of pole dance from power moves to low-flow, her passion for introducing people to the many facets of pole dancing continues to grow in tandem with the sport’s increasing popularity. Curvy is especially focused on helping individuals discover their own body of movement: one that works with their specific anatomy and doesn’t assume limitations because of size, weight, or differently abled bodies.

We are founded on the belief that while movement promotes physical health and wellness, it also provides boundless nourishment for the mind and soul.
