Why Peace in Movement

Our mantra is “Peace and Progress.”  You are going to make progress toward your goals and feel supported and motivated by the instructors and the PIM community. We love aerial fitness and we are here to serve you. 

What is Pole Dance?

Pole dance is a fitness modality, sport, and art form that involves use of a vertical metal pole. Pole dance involves strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and dance.

What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga is a fitness modality that involves use of a suspended silk hammock or sling and combines traditional yoga and pilates to improve strength and mobility. 

When does Peace in Movement open?

We are working hard to open our studio doors in the Fall of 2022.  We are currently operating in a limited capacity for in-person and virtual private instruction. If you are interested in private instruction, email us at info@peaceim.com.
